Welcome to the Assisi Villa Patty Holiday Home, a place of comfort and beauty in the heart of Assisi. The villa has a double bedroom, two triple bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed and a twin bedroom (double if desired), offering a total of 10 real beds, all carefully furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. to ensure a comfortable stay.

Step into our expansive living room, designed for comfort and entertainment. This inviting space features a large, plush sofa where you can unwind and relax while watching your favorite shows on the grand television set. For those who enjoy a bit of competition, the game area is equipped with a billiards table and a ping pong table, perfect for hours of fun with family and friends. Whether you’re looking to relax or engage in playful competition, our living area has everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The stylishly furnished patio offers a spectacular view of the city, while in the completely fenced garden, you will find a gas barbecue, the mini hydromassage pool under the beautiful Bolla, the infrared sauna, table with chairs and deckchairs, all offered for comfort and super relaxation. We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends in our pet-friendly villa, with dedicated space in the garden (completely fenced). Security is guaranteed with mosquito nets, security fixtures and an external gate with video intercom. High speed WiFi is available throughout the villa.
